Flip the main breaker to the left of the computer to the “ON” position
Turn the master power switch on the front of the control cabinet clockwise to the “ON” position. At this point, the controller will wake up, but the machine will not move until the rest of the power on procedure is followed.
If necessary, unlatch the emergency stop switches on the control cabinet and the pendant by twisting them clockwise. If you twist them and nothing happens, they are already fine.
Turn the key switch on the control cabinet to the “1” position.
Press the big green circular button on the control cabinet (Labeled “On”)
Once the machine is properly powered on, the black “Spindle” button on the controller will toggle the spindle on and off.
Ensure there is no collet, or nut, nor a securely mounted tool in the spindle
Allow the spindle to warm up for at least 5 minutes prior to use.
Press the button again to discontinue the spindle warmup routine.
You can go on to operate the controller and run a file!
